About

For over thirty years, I have worked at the intersection of lifelong learning, gender studies, and inclusion, across universities, public institutions, and international organisations.

My work combines academic research with hands-on practice. I trained in Education at the University of Genoa and completed my PhD at Université Paris X Nanterre.

I have taught and conducted research at several universities, including the University of Genoa, Trinity College Dublin, Université Lumière Lyon 2, and Paris 8 Vincennes–Saint-Denis, and held a visiting scholar position at Queen’s University Belfast. I am currently a member of LEGS (Laboratoire d’études de genre et de sexualité) at CNRS/Paris 8.

WHAT I DO

I advise universities, public bodies, and NGOs on the EDI dimension in STEM disciplines, gender equality in research, institutional gender equality plans. My clients have included the Universities of Verona, Roma Tre, Brescia, and Genoa; the Province and Municipality of Genoa; the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association; the Réseau International des Cités des Métiers (Paris); CNED (France); UNED (Madrid); and the Trinity Centre for Gender Equality and Leadership (Dublin).
